The event is the vehicle. Engagement is the outcome.

When I work with an organization, I start with the story. What do you want people to feel when they walk in? What do you want them to be talking about after they leave?

The event planning, the marketing, and the merch all follow from that.

Notebook that says Events Don't Plan Themselves

Engagement Strategy + Experience Design

Most events start with a date and a venue. I start with a story.

What do you want people to feel? What do you want them to remember? What's going to make this feel different from every other event they've been to this year?

I help organizations answer those questions before anyone books a hotel block, and then I help design the experiences, touchpoints, and moments that make the answer come to life.

Good for: annual meetings, member conferences, producer events, customer experiences, and organizations that want their events to actually do something.

Event Planning + Execution

The ideas are great. Getting them to actually happen is a different skill.

From venue selection and vendor coordination to on-site execution and day-of logistics, I help make sure the event you planned is the event that shows up. No surprises. No "we'll figure it out when we get there."

Good for: organizations with a clear vision that need someone to own the execution.

Marketing + Storytelling

Your event doesn't start when people walk in the door. It starts the moment they get the invite.

I help organizations think through the whole moment…how you build anticipation before the event, how you communicate during it, and how you keep the story going after everyone goes home. Campaign planning, content, messaging, pre-event mailers, post-event follow-through. The whole thing.

Merch with Meaning

Branded merchandise isn't a line item you panic-order two weeks before the event. It's part of the strategy.

I help organizations think about merch the way I think about everything else: what story does it tell, who is it actually for, and what happens to it after the event ends? The difference between swag that ends up in a landfill and something people take home and use is intention. That's what I bring.

Project-Based

Need help with a specific event, campaign, field day, fundraiser, or customer experience?

We'll work together from planning through execution to bring the project to life and keep everything moving forward.

Best for: organizations with a clear project but limited time or bandwidth.

Flexible Support, Built Around Your Needs

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Ongoing Partner

For organizations that need consistent support throughout the year. Think of me as an extension of your team…there for strategy, creative thinking, and execution as things come up.

Best for:  teams without dedicated event or marketing resources, organizations juggling multiple initiatives.

On-Site Event Support

Sometimes you just need another experienced person in the room. From conferences and customer events to field days and trade shows, I can help manage the details, support attendees, coordinate vendors, and keep things running smoothly.

Best for: events where you need extra hands and someone who's done this before.

Not sure what you need yet?

That's fine. Reach out and tell me what you're working on. We'll figure out the right fit together. Do you have questions before that? Our FAQ covers the basics.
