Full Event Partnerships...

You don’t have to do this alone.

You have an event to pull off, but that doesn’t mean you have the time, experience or internal resources to manage every part of it. A Full Event Partnership gives you an experienced event partner who works alongside your team from the early ideas through event day.

Your team has plenty to do already.

Your event shouldn't become everyone's second job.

Maybe the event falls to marketing, HR, or a committee of people squeezing planning meetings between everything else on their plates. I step in as an extension of your team to lead the event from idea through execution asking the questions, building the plan, managing the moving pieces and making sure someone is paying attention to the whole experience.

That’s what a Full Event Partnership Is.

We figure out what we're creating.
Before we start checking boxes, we get clear on why the event exists, who we're bringing together and what would make it worth their time.

Then we make it happen.
I build the plan (with your input of course), coordinate the people and partners involved, keep things moving and together we handle the hundreds of decisions between “we should do an event” and doors opening.

I'm there when it counts.
On event day, I'm behind the scenes managing the details, solving problems and keeping everything moving so your team can actually be part of the event.

What a partnership looks like

Built around your event.

Not a one-size fits all planning package.

A conference with hundreds of attendees needs something very different from an employee experience or customer event. We'll define what you need help with, where your team wants to stay involved and where you'd rather hand things over.

Full Event Partnerships can include strategy, experience design, planning, vendor and partner coordination, branded merchandise, attendee touchpoints, onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.

Big ideas + tiny details.

You need someone thinking about the attendee experience and noticing that the directional sign is pointing the wrong way. That's the job.
