Better events begin long before anyone walks through the door. They start with better questions.
Most organizations jump straight into venues, speakers, budgets, and logistics. The Event Strategy Lab helps you pause before any of that happens so you can build an event people will genuinely want to be part of.
Most events don’t have a planning problem.
They have a strategy problem.Someone says, "We should do the event again." Everyone starts planning and the venue gets booked. Sponsors get called and registration opens….and somewhere along the way no one stops to ask whether it's still accomplishing what it was created to do.
That’s what the Event Strategy Lab is for.
The Event Strategy Lab is a facilitated working session for organizations that want to create better events and more meaningful ways to bring people together. We'll bring together the right people, ask the questions that often get skipped, challenge "the way we've always done it," and leave with a clear direction before planning begins.
What we actually do together
By the end you'll have clear priorities and confidence before planning starts
Two Ways to Work Together
Event Lab (Half Day)We'll spend a half day focused on one event. Together, we'll evaluate why you're hosting it, who it's for, what you want attendees to take away, and where there are opportunities to make it stronger. You'll leave with a clear direction and practical next steps before planning begins.
Event Portfolio Lab (Full Day)We'll spend a full day looking at your organization's entire event calendar. Together, we'll evaluate each event, identify what's working, question what isn't, uncover new opportunities, and prioritize where to focus your time, budget, and energy moving forward.
Designed like an experience. This isn't a day of sitting in a chair watching slides. You'll move, create, collaborate, and experience the same principles we use to design memorable events.
